A graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Executive Chef Jack Connell is an outdoor enthusiast, cookbook collector, and music lover. When he’s not in the kitchen dreaming up ever-inventive takes on New American cuisine, he’s reveling in Lake Tahoe’s recreational thrills, including skiing, sailing, hiking, biking, and camping.
